Redundancy Claims

Redundancy can occur for a number of reasons: your place of work may be closing down, your specific job may be discontinued or it may be as a result of financial or cost cutting strategies.

If you have been employed continuously with the same employer for a period of two years then you will have acquired the legal right to compensation for redundancy.
