Adoption

We have experience in dealing with a wide range of adoption cases to include applications by natural and step parents, by relatives of the child, by foster parents and where children have been in the care of the local authority or a children’s home. We deal also with adoptions with a foreign element.

The new Adoption Act came into force in January 2006. Its aim was to make adoption easier so that more adoptions can take place. Our specialist Solicitors can guide you through the adoption process and make the application to the Court assisting you throughout the process.
